Purchase Procedure

What are the user ID, player name, and item balance displayed on the purchase screen?

In the Games Store, the user ID, player name, and current number of items (balance) linked to the app associated with the logged-in KONAMI ID are displayed.

Items purchased in the KONAMI Games Store will be granted to the user ID and player name linked to the app associated with the logged-in KONAMI ID.

Before purchasing, please ensure that the user ID and player name you are using in the app are displayed.

I can't proceed with a purchase.

If a user ID linked to your KONAMI ID has not logged into the app for an extended period, you may not be able to make purchases.

Additionally, purchases may be restricted due to age limits set in the app, age restrictions on your KONAMI ID, or missing credit card information required for payment.

Please also check any error messages displayed.

A message saying "Items are currently being processed for purchase" appears, and I cannot make a purchase.

If there is a pending purchase in the app's store, you will not be able to make purchases in the KONAMI Games Store.

If the message "Items are currently being processed for purchase" is displayed,
please wait 10–30 minutes and then check if you can access the purchase confirmation screen in the app's store.

*Before trying to use the Games Store again,
please ensure you can access the purchase confirmation screen within the app's store.

I didn't receive the items I purchased.

Check your purchase history in the KONAMI Games Store to confirm the purchase process was completed.
If the purchase was completed but the items were not received, contact us through the inquiry form, making sure to include the receipt number in your inquiry.

PayPay users:
If you close the page before the "Purchase procedure complete" screen appears after making a PayPay payment, the purchase process may be interrupted, and the items will not be received.
In such cases, the transaction will automatically be canceled within about 10 minutes, and your PayPay balance will be refunded.

Why can’t I select the credit card registered in My KONAMI for purchases?

Credit cards registered in My KONAMI cannot be used in the KONAMI Games Store.

However, the card information entered during your first purchase in the Games Store can be saved and used for future transactions.
Note: Credit card information is securely managed by Stripe, a payment processing company.
You can delete registered credit card information from the purchase process screen.

Can I cancel a purchase after completing it?

No, purchases cannot be canceled after completing them.

Before making a purchase, confirm that the correct app, corresponding user ID, nickname, and items are selected.

What should I do if I receive an unexpected charge?

Check to see if the number of purchases, dates, and amounts in your KONAMI Games Store purchase history match the charges.

If you have multiple KONAMI IDs, check the purchase history for each ID.

If, after checking with family and friends, if you still suspect unauthorized use, contact your credit card company immediately to take necessary action, such as suspending the card.

What is a receipt number, and how is it used?

A receipt number is automatically assigned to every purchase.

It is used to identify specific transactions during inquiries.

When contacting support about a purchase, make sure to include the receipt number.

Why does the message "Error: Unable to complete purchase due to purchase password set in the app" appear?

If a purchase password is set in the app, you cannot use the Games Store.
To use the Games Store, disable the purchase password in the app settings.

Why does a password input screen appear during the purchase process?

The KONAMI Games Store may require 3D Secure authentication for identity verification.
If prompted, complete the 3D Secure password authentication set for your credit card.
For any issues with 3D Secure, contact your credit card provider.

What happens if my PayPay payment fails?

If you close the page before the "Purchase procedure complete" screen appears, the purchase process may fail.
In such cases, the transaction will be automatically canceled within about 10 minutes, and your PayPay balance will be refunded. Check your PayPay Transaction History for confirmation.

Are there limits on the number of purchases or availability of items?

Items also sold in in-game stores usually have no purchase limits in the KONAMI Games Store either.

However, stated purchase limits like "one per person" apply across both in-game stores and the KONAMI Games Store.
Example: If you purchase a "one per person" item in an in-game store, you cannot repurchase the same item in the KONAMI Games Store.

Also, some items may be available for a limited time only.
Items exceeding the purchase limit or past the sale period cannot be purchased.
